Made to measure shirts


90-day tailor-made guarantee

We guarantee your complete satisfaction for your first shirt order.

Whatever the reason, we will take care of all alterations to the first shirt that you order, so that you are ensured of a perfect fit. These alterations will also be applied to the pattern used for your initial order, so that they are reflected in any future orders placed.

If you wish to have these alterations made by a local retoucher, we will pay for them up to 30€ upon presentation of an invoice. You will then have to inform us of the corrections made in order to adjust your pattern accordingly for your next orders.

  • Alterations will only be made to the measurements.
  • This does not apply to options such as fabric, collar, cuffs etc.
  • It does not apply to simplified measurements (standard sizes).

Suits and Jackets in standard size

We guarantee your complete satisfaction for your first suit or jacket order.

We will take care of all alterations to the first suit or jacket that you order so that you are ensured of a perfect fit. These alterations will also be applied to the pattern used for your initial order, so that they are reflected in any future orders placed.

If you wish to have these alterations made by a local retoucher, we will pay for them up to 50€ upon presentation of an invoice. You will then have to inform us of the corrections made in order to adjust your pattern accordingly for your next orders.

  • Alterations will only be made to the measurements.
  • This does not apply to options such as fabric, pockets, pleats etc.
Trousers warranty

We guarantee your complete satisfaction for your first trousers order.

We will take care of all alterations to the first trousers that you order so that you are ensured of a perfect fit. These alterations will also be applied to the pattern used for your initial order, so that they are reflected in any future orders placed.

If you wish to have these alterations made by a local retoucher, we will pay for them up to 30€ upon presentation of an invoice. You will then have to inform us of the corrections made in order to adjust your pattern accordingly for your next orders.

  • Alterations will only be made to the measurements.
  • This does not apply to options such as fabric, pockets, pleats etc.
  • Does not apply to jeans for which alterations are not possible.

How to exercise your warranty?

If you invoke our Made-to-Measure Guarantee, first of all we ask you to wash the garment at least 3 times (except for clothes that has be dry cleaned of course) in order to take its final shape. After these washes, if corrections are still necessary, you must first contact our customer service before returning your garment to our shop to the attention of:

Depending on the alterations requested, at our discretion we may elect to:

  • Carry out the alterations to the garment as previously supplied
  • Produce a new garment
  • Refund your order

You will only be liable to pay the postage and packing charges for returning the shirt to us, except in the case of orders delivered outside French territory, in which case the customer will also be responsible for meeting postage and packing charges following completion of the alterations.

In the event that your first order contains multiple made to measure garments, we will initially prepare only a single item per category in order to ensure that you are fully satisfied. Once you have confirmed your measurements, we will commence production of the remainder of your order.
