Customer referrals

The purpose of our referrals scheme is to reward you when you help make other people aware of Swann’s range of made-to-measure shirts. You can therefore invite your friends and family to register on the Swann website by visiting the referrals page, where you can also log in to your account if you have not already done so. All you have to do then is enter the e-mail addresses of the people you are referring are entered into the relevant fields, then click on the “Submit” button. The people you have referred will receive an e-mail, inviting them to create an account on the site.

By following the link included in that e-mail, the e-mail address of the person who referred the customer will automatically be completed when the new account is created. If the new customer chooses to create an account without following the link provided in the e-mail, you need to ensure that they provide your e-mail address in the designated field when doing so.

When someone you have referred to the site places his or her first order for a made-to-measure shirt, you will be credited with a 20 euro discount voucher, which will automatically be added to your account.

WARNING: Referrals only operate via the website. Discount vouchers cannot be applied to your account for referring in-store customers. You must therefore ensure that customers you refer to us create their account as described above before they place their order. Furthermore, customer referrals cannot apply retroactively.
