The rules governing the use of bank cards require all banks registered in France to bear the risk of any fraudulent use of your card.

We remind you of your obligation to notify any fraudulent activity to your bank or card issuer.

Gift vouchers

If you’ve received gift vouchers and would like to order an item on swannetoscar.com, you can pay for your order (or part of it) using your gift vouchers. If you only pay for part of the order by cheque, you will be redirected to a page where we will request you to settle the outstanding balance after we have confirmed your gift vouchers.

What does the process involve?

Step 1

  • Enter the number of the voucher that you will be using.
  • Enter the amount of the gift voucher to be used.
  • Click on “Submit”

Step 2

There are two options:

  • If the amount of your gift voucher is the same as your total order value, all you have to do is send us your voucher by post, not forgetting to specify the full name that you used to submit your order.

    Warning – we will not confirm your order if we are unable to identify the person who sent the gift voucher to us.

    Please send payments by gift voucher to the following address: Swann - 1, rue de l’Arcade - 75008 Paris, France. Do not forget to indicate your name and your order reference.

    • OR

  • If the amount of your gift voucher is less than your total order value, we will ask you (after confirming submission of this page) to settle the difference by bank card or via a second gift voucher.

    You must then send any gift voucher payments to the following address: Swann - 1, rue de l’Arcade - 75008 Paris, France.

In both cases, we will wait to receive your gift vouchers before confirming your order. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within a week of sending your gift vouchers, we request that you contact us by phone on +33 (0)1 44 19 74 96 or send us a message by clicking here.
