Discount vouchers

Discount vouchers are credited to your account when customers that you have referred to Swann place their first order.

How to use your discount vouchers

When you place your first order on the site, all products that you have selected are shown in your basket. If you have any discount vouchers or credit notes, you will see the option to use a discount voucher on the shopping basket screen. To use these vouchers, select them by ticking the box for the discount voucher that you wish to use. Repeat this step if you wish to use any other available discount vouchers. The total amount payable for your basket will be adjusted accordingly.

Please note that if the value of your discount voucher exceeds that of your order, the difference will not be refunded to you.
