When giving a made-to-measure shirt as a gift, you have three options:
If the recipient of the gift is not yet a customer of ours, it’s not exactly straightforward to give a custom-made shirt made to the recipient’s exact measurements while maintaining the element of surprise. Swann therefore provides you with the option of giving a gift set featuring a made-to-measure shirt. With the gift set, the recipient can create his own made-to-measure shirt via our website or by visiting our store. By giving a gift box, you are sending a much more personal message than with a gift voucher. It has a closer link to the physical shirt and encourages the recipient to take the next step by ordering the shirt on line or in store.
If the recipient is already a customer of Swann’s, you can order a shirt on line as normal and, when you reach the measurement page where we ask you to select your sewing pattern, you simply click the button labelled “Retrieve someone else’s pattern as a gift.” A form is then displayed, and you simply fill it out with the person’s name, surname and the e-mail address used to register on the site. This information allows us to locate the pattern, giving you access to enable you to place your order. If there are any problems, you can also contact us by phone to place your order instead.
The person is already a Swann customer but you do not want to bother to order this gift directly on our site. Call us or send us an email and we will take care of preparing the order for you by creating your account, duplicating the measurements of the person in your account and preparing the shirt for you. All you have to do is pay your gift online or by phone.
