Order history

To view the history of orders you have placed for Swann bespoke shirts, please log in to your account.

Your order history is visible in your personal workspace in the “"My Orders” section.

From this page, you can view the orders that you have been paid for and delivered or that are currently being produced.
They are listed in the following manner:

• Order # (The number of the order – by clicking on this, you can view your order in detail)
• Date (Date of the order)
• Recipient (Place where the order was, or will be delivered)
• Amount (Price of the order)
• Order Total (Price of the order, excluding VAT)
• Status (The order status allows you to track their status in order to follow their progress. “Awaiting confirmation” “In production” “Shipped” etc.)
• Invoice (allows you to download or print your invoice)
• Action (actions that can be undertaken at this stage of the order)
